I bought a 75 4 dr about 6 months ago and just pulled the motor to replace it with a 302 I built. I found the driver's side sway bar bracket completely broken off from the frame. Any suggestions on replacing this piece, deleting it, or just fixing it?

Do you have a welder? Just rebuild it, but stronger. I've never seen one break.

that will need to be rebuilt as dave said. its a simple thing to do if you have and know how to use a welder.

Never seen one break before. Guess it was run loose or without a bushing for a while. You can make it better than new with a little work.
