Just get some to pump your brake pedal a few times and hold it while you loosen one of the brake lines going to the mc. Loosen it for a couple seconds and let some fluid come out. Do this on each line a few times. You can usually hear the air escaping. When you think all the air is gone you're done. Just don't let either reservoir go empty. Hopefully you don't have air in your lines. If so you'll have to do the same thing on each wheel starting with the furthest from the mc and ending at the closest.

You should not bleed the MC installed on the car...Its bad for the pistons in the MC(too much initial travel from the pedal) If you must do it on the car...DO NOT floor the brake pedal. Only go about half travel...

Best and cleanest way is to use bleeder tubes from the fittings back up into the reservoirs. Setup like this pic below.

IF you must you can use your fingers to block the fittings while depressing the piston with the cylinder in the vice. Use your fingers like a check valve. Allow the fluid to push past your finger tips then seal off the the fittings when you release the piston. This way is really messy though. Have lots of rags and I wear a rubber glove.

    This video is pretty good.
