Hey Grabber75 I support you man I really do belive that the dash comes out easily. It would probaly take me a lot longer than it would you but I have never done it before:)

I would really like to see some pics of the stuff you were talking about. Sounds like some cool stuff.

Grabber75, I understand why you would feel that way, but I think everyone's input is valuable on this board. We all bring something to the board from our own experiences, and hopefully share it with others so that others may learn. That's what makes this board what it is!

I was just thinking the other day after being on a couple of other car boards and I thought how great this one here is! This type of thing that happened here, I see a lot on other boards, and it is unfortunate. :( On the other boards I contribute it to the demographic range of the users if you know what I mean. I think that is what makes this board different is people for the most part aren't quick to start flaming others. I think it is best just to respectfully disagree, and just go on.

Thanks Corbin! I had this site at one time and lost it. Thanks for helping me find it again.

I have to agree with Grabber75. I bought one of those dash caps from autokrafters and installed it on my 73. Looks pretty good, too!(y) Fairly inexpensive and easy to install. Although, if you want to keep it original, replacing the pad itself isn't alltogether hard.:D
