    Hey everyone,
The car starts fine after the batteries been charged, however after a couple of days it gets harder and harder. Had the battery and alternator checked both were fine, the connections between the alternator and battery looked good as well. Any other things it could possibly be.
    Much appreciated.

Have you checked battery voltage with the car running? You may have an issue with the regulator. I would also check for a parasitic draw.

Mine was the door buzzer located up under the dash on the passenger side. It was not actually buzzing, but it was drawing a parasitic draw, making it warm, and vibrating a little. Would kill the battery in a couple days or a week .

Probably more often than not that fuse link between alt and batt is blown... Can't go by looks, test it with a ohm meter(battery cable removed), or can just pull on them... If it stretches it's bad...
