Hey, anyone try putting a brake booster on there and drum brake comet/maverick? If so do I need to change anything else?
you will need to change the residual pressure vale and the wheel cylinders on the front because of the pressure difference. I recommend changing the front with spindles from a Granada or just buy them from stainless steel like I did. worked out great.
I think you will need to change the whole pedal assembly because of the angle of the booster along with the shock tower brace
Yes, you would need to change the inisde pedal support as well. Going with DISC brakes is a far easier, cost effective, and safer upgrade than putting a power booster on a drum brake car.
