My 1976 4-door doesn't have any functional seat belts for the front occupants...
1 - The passenger side is jammed, buckle wont reach all the way.
2 - The drivers side looks like it's been cut - only has the shoulder portion, and apparently the rest is missing, or wound-up in the receptacle on the lower b-pillar.

Is there a 'how-to' on these repairs? Anyone else have to fix this?

    Thanks!

May not be a lot of help, but I just saw a 74 that had 3 point retractable modern style seat belts in it. They guy said the 3 holes were already there. He said he just bought them and bolted them in. He did not know the name brand. Sorry, I cant be more helpful.
