Interesting to note they changed the auction up a little...

So, the previous question on if its a repaint was just answered.

Also, either they are flat out lying or they fixed the A/C, as it did not work perviously. If that's the case, the car may be worth what they want now... Ill call them Wednesday to confirm. This has me curious.

Another also - The interior is not in "excellent condition". :hmmm:

I see this car literally every day. It's not far from my house. I haven't ever stopped to check it out, but it looks very nice from the road.

This guy DOES have a gold mine. Just not in THIS car. Some of the other cars they have are just awesome.

darren-- you obviously haven't seen what i can do to a 4 door. you can look at my gallery for pics. there are several others like me who are building some very nice 4 door cars. don't knock them too hard until you see their potential.
unfortunately mine died in a car fire in february but plans are in the works for another build.

I agree with you J Miller that was the Baddest 4dr model of any car maker I've ever seen, it caught fire didn’t it? I hope you’re going to build another. So anxious to reply I didn’t finish reading your post.

No offence to 4 doors at all. I didnt even mention 4 doors. Gees you 4 door guys sure are touchy.:)
Just that car as it sits looks like my Grandmas car. I dont like the look of that car. Color, trim, wheels combo, yuk. If it had 2 doors it would still be ugly, just a bit less car to be ugly. Thats OK its just my opinion. Lots of people dont like my Grabber Blue Mav. I dont get upset.
Someone may love the look of that car and spend 12 grand on it. Good for them. I'm glad they found their car. Its still ugly though.:bouncy:

MAN that thing is classy and all. The light brown color is perfect with the white. Betcha that thing shines like a pearl in the sun. Love seeing cherry four doors like this. Thanks for the link!

jmiller i liked yours also, but as for the white one... i had the mustard yellow\brown one like that and the first things i did was take off the hubcaps and drop the nose. if the wife hadnt "customized" it between a tree and wall it definately would not be an LDO exterior. the interior was plush but would not have remained that color either.... for the record it WAS my grandmothers car and she gave it to me..... hehe

yes plans are in the works for another build up. it will take a while since i am finishing college but the next one will put the 1st one to shame.
the colors on this 4 door are very nice but there is no way it will ever bring $12000. 1. not original
    2. 4 doors
    3. big bumpers
    4. small market
that being said, if funds were available i would go as high as $5000 and give it to my daughter as her first car. that one is to complete to do what i'm planning.
