I emailed the Maverick connection ready to spend some money on Parts he had in stock .... Never got a reply back anybody else experiance this?
Chuck is a member of this board. The Maverick Connection is not his main "real" job. If you used his correct email address....he will get back with you.
He received a reply, as does anyone that contacts me by email. The Maverick Connection is alive and well, but like Craig said, it is not my full time job. Unfortunately, not enough demand for parts to sustain me. Therefore, sometimes if I'm out of town or very busy, replies may take a day or three. Same with orders. I am a one man show, not Jegs or Summit. And therefore, all orders require a minimum of two weeks for shipping. Hi Chuck - Check your email program, as you should be able to set up an automatic email reply that will be able to send an instant response to your business inquiries - something like "message has been received and you will get a personal reply from me shortly" - we use a similar message for our on-line reservation system and it lets people know we will get back to them within 24hrs.
