lol, very similar to the conversions needed to be made with the classic japanese import cars that has huge bulky bumpers that iv done before. thx
your gonna need these parts bumper bumper brackets front valence front bumper filler panel hood latch support ( i dont think you need the latch support) and you'll have to notch a square in the front corner of your fenders or in the valence. if you have any more questions look up "bumper swap" its a pretty popular topic lol
you guys are awsome with those infos . kits are very affordable with domestic cars ive noticed. i paid $2k for a Cf hood for one of my celica
does anyone here in the states have these? this is probably the best looking kit id like to do someday...
id say you do a c/f grabber hood w/ the spoiler, and if u can get them the brazilian side skirts..... also you might want to watch it you might end up geting rid of ur cellica just to get another mav..... lol
I'm quite sure that's custom. If you want stuff like that you might need to learn Portuguese and go down to Brazil. Mavericks still have a big following there, and an aftermarket. They were made there from 73-79 and they never got the big bumper treatment. They're still considered hot cars in Brazil, and a coveted classic. Yes, if we could just convoy down to Sao Paulo, we'd get all the chicks...
i guess your right, keep it simply modified a little. cant get rid of my green celica, spent a whole lot of money already to where she is now
those brazilians could fix up maveys really nice i think, their taste buds are actually good. theres gotta be a brazil web link of the aftermarket parts. i think theres 700 pounds limit per vehicle to 3 chick could fit into one maverick which already includes a driver
If you're really interested in Brazillian parts, check out http://www.manualdomaverick.com.br It's another Maverick forum, based in Brazil. There's an "International" section where they speak English, might be able to score some parts by talking to those guys...
I love to play by the rules of K.I.S.S "Keep It Simple Silly".... not to mention its not the looks its the power that is beautiful.
