    75 comet 2 door,has some rust,needs back bumper probly hood,dash,floor pans in front
    im new to this. i was just gave a 75 comet with a 6 cyl. in it . my plans are to replace the engine with a v8 but not sure which one to go for.it needs floor pans in front,back bumper,hood.i have'nt got the car towed to my house yet but can't wait to get started on it. glad to be here . maybe i can get some tips and help also .thanks..:huh:

    welcome to the board. why would you want a v-6. with a few bolt on pieces the 302 v-8 is a drop in. good luck. keep us informed.:Welcome:

    sorry, i coulda sworn it said a v-6. maybe thats why i had problems sat. night at the track. dialed a 12.20 and ran a 12.198. but my light was crap.:huh: go easy fellows it's tough to get old.:biglaugh:

    in Candler, NC.
    Stephen Moore is his name, he is more into drag racing his Comet GT.
    He's the guy trying to tear his rear bumper off the hard way in recent
    posts in the drag racing section. Perhaps he can steer you towards some
    parts resources. The 302/289/260 size small blocks fit without mods.

    thanks for the info,sorry i havent replyed before now but my computer crashed on me, and just got it back yesterday ill try to contact this guy because i need some parts for my 75 comet!!! thanks again
