Yup. Here isn't many Mavericks in Finland. I think my car came somewhere around Mexico. I'm second owner in Finland.
Puerta Rico is an island nation a little bit closer to us Florida guys than it is to Mexico. It is a US territory and would likely be another US state the government was still doing that kind of thing. Open travel and trade between the US and PR.
