grabber hood

    i was wanting to get my hands on a grabber hood for my 71' what were the years that had the scoops? does anyone know where i can find one for a reasonable price? i live in eastern oregon and would prefer to find one somewhat close to cut down on shipping, thanks

    71'-72' are the only years for the Grabber hood with scoops.
    These hoods are getting harder and harder to find. Back in 87' I picked one up for $45.00, today it is not uncommon to see them sale for $300.00. I know you can buy after market fiberglass Grabber hoods, but some have said the quality on some of them are not that great. If you want an original hood, they seem to show up on Ebay from time to time.
