After I get all the little bugs fixed on my car, what can I expect for gas mileage? With the car running rough and rich, I just got 18 mpg on the highway. What is everybody else averaging with the same engine?

200CI L6, manual transmission, no air conditioning.

When my Sprint still had the 200 3 speed, I could get around 23 if I took it easy, which I rarely did. Even so around 18 was the norm. Now its half that!

about the same here. mine lacks power going up hills, which there are alot of around here. so the higher rpm's kinda take away from that.

Lots of BIG hills around here, mine never runs any diffrent up hill then any other time. I guess thats where the extra power fo the 250 comes in handy.

Was talking to the guy who bought my 77 last night. He uses it as a daily driver and says he gets right around 22 with it. It has a 289 and auto. He dosent drive it as hard as I did.
