I tried to remove my front bumper on my 73, but it wouldn't budge? I took all the bolts off from underneath, are there more to remove? I want to take the stupid little......I don't know what you would call them, off.

    Bumber Guards?

Your bumber is really a facade. The actual protection part is under what you see on the outside. The chrome 'bumber' is bolted to a very heavy piece of metal in several points. If you are looking to remove the guards, I would unbolt the entire assembly from the frame and it will slide right out.
There are 2 or 3 bolts, memory? on each side holding the entire
assembly on the car. This will give you the opportunity to clean and possibly paint the back of the bumper support. There is usually a lot of rust causing dirt behind the supports that mount the bumber assembly to the frame for the '73 and up bumbers on the front.
Now is a good time to get it out and clean it up.

    Good luck
