doncha just hate that damnedable buzzing noise our cars make when your seat belt isnt fastened? years ago, i had a 72 mustang that did it. i stuck my hand up behind the dash (without seeing) and disconnected something. i attempted to do the same with my maverick, but i only succeeded in disconnecting the light that says "fasten safety belts" is there an ez way to get rid of it? ive got the kind of maverick that has no glovebox. id appreciate it if someone could tell me how/where to look to disable it. im not condoning the non-use of saftey belts. but i dont need that damn noise to tell me my saftey belt isnt fastened. one of fords all time worst ideas!
