Special thanks to Bill....what a cool guy who knows alot about cars!!!! He is a maverick without a maverick Big thanks to Lonnie and Kendra for putting this on. Excellent job. Here is a bunch of pictures.....Lonnie must have one of the TOP 10 most wanted jobs desired to have by a car nut!!!! *Also, thanks to those that realized it was a BIRTHDAY!!!!!!! Also, I have a bunch of "off-topic" pics of MOPARS and imports with MOPAR scoops if anyone wants to see them.
If you get that one favor done for me with those (our) mustang headers that everyone says won't fit a maverick.... (1 7/8) I WILL MARRY YOU :evilsmile
Man Lonnie that is one great looking car you`ve built . Glad you guys had a good time...wish I could have been there.
Thanks Kendra, you house was so nice and comfy, I felt right at home. The food was good and we felt very welcome. Thanks again to you and Lonnie. Susan
Hello. I would like to say thank you to Lonnie and Kendra for hosting the cookout, the food, and for having us tour the university. That would be a cool place to work (on the car). It was good to see those I had seen before, and to meet new, car enthusiasts and Maverick/Comet owners. :Handshake Also, a second thanks to Lonnie for giving me directions when I was leaving, while I was "Lost in Lima". For some reason, I couldn't find I-75 to leave the city. I eventually found it, but not after a few phone calls to get directions. Next time I'll buy a map. I had a good time.
What an AWESOME time.... It was nice seeing everyone I have had the pleasure of meeting before and meeting everyone else whom I hadn't had the opportunity of meeting before. John thanks for the kind words, but you are the very cool guy with a great idea and yes there is a Maverick or Comet in my future.... A BIG thanks to Lonnie and Kendra for a great time once again, thanks for the invite, you two are great friends.... I am glad I could attend the birthday of the MCG, it was an honor. John you are right on track and if I could ever help feel free to ask! Bill
