Change in Moderators

what can a person say...... you cant ask for a better person to know than Lance. i've only known him for a short time but in that time, i know he's someone that a person can count on. he may no longer be a moderator but he's family, and everyone here knows that he'll always be around. he can't help himself from it! gone for now but never forgotten! here's to you Lance

 

I appreciate what you do Lance like I said in a previous message you were stern but fair and that is what a moderator should be!

WELL. I have found out "what the hell is goin on" for the 2nd time in 30 days.It's a sad day when some people on this board pass judgement on others without having some compassion for those who are trying to better themselves by coming to this great land called NORTH AMERICA. To those of you who pass judgement, belittle, or are prejidice to foreiners,and or make inappropriate remarks, God help you.. there are people who make inventions, life saving surgery,breakthrus in medicine or just find a better way to reinvent the wheel are foreiners. Because they are not the type of person that YOU think they should be I know you will not have them save your ass or a loved 1s ass because you believe they should be kicked out of this land of yours and mine.. If they are a productive person to society and contributing then they should be welcomed with open arms.Because I'm Canadian does that make me a foreiner to the USA. WE are all foreiners to North America as the only people here first were the Indians with all there assorted tribes. If you are a god fearing person I would hope that you follow your religious beliefs and Don't pass judgement on other people.. LANCE and FAMILY will not be coming back to this board or anything associated with the MCCI. He has told me that personally.It is a shame. Actually all the fuss has been about the United States of America and the millions of illegals that cross our borders yearly. Not sure where you got this was about North America? I don't see Canada offering amnesty, sanctuary and citizenship to all the illegals here in the USA? And the folks that are going to be doing heart transplants and brain surgery are in this country legally.

I don't understand why folks on this board keep twisting the topic and substance of the original debate into something that it entirely was not?

 

Canada is offering citisenship to foreiners too. only they find out later that they should have been kicked out as they want to just rape the country. they are swarming to get into countries like yours and mine because of the good family life and oportunities. Some are legit and some arn't but that has to be sorted out and takes time. To become LEGAL they have to follow certain steps and until then they are illegal. The issue here is the remarks made about Lance and his Family, and his abilities as a moderator. Again you can only please some and not all, but if you can't say something positive about a person that tries to do better for the greater good then dont critisize. I am not goin to participate in a pissing contest here Dan.. I have talked to Lance and I feel there is a apology needed. that is my feeling .The End Ron

 

Final reply.. I personally dont believe in insulting a mans family weather it be because of race, color or some other situation that was out of the persons control. IE accident, birth defect or act of war, or place of birth. If I cut my finger I bleed red and that applies to all on this board. TTFN ron

 

FACT: A moderators job is to solve problems, not create them.

FACT#2: The MCCI should have been left out of the entire discussion and not be blamed for the actions of ONE individual person. I'm sure the "hicks" (as Lance put it) in Owensboro, would agree with me.

 

Ron .. if you believe there is an apology needed from me you are mistaken. I suggest you carefully read each and every word of every single thread related to this situation. I never said a single thing about Lance or his family. All of our conversations have been here on the public forum so what you see is what transpired between us. There is a difference between foriegners and foriegn invaders ... the US is dealing with the latter. If you have been talking with Lance outside of this board you are getting facts and information the he himself has twisted to somehow be an insult to him.

 

Wow this is a confusing thread first starts of as a moderater stepping down, Were did the rest come from? Maybe I missed somthing somewere else(probally more then I care to know) just come to this sight for the cars not the politics. Sorry to see mavowar leave as mod didn`t agree with everything he did, but thats a tough job not somthing I would want to do .

 

I guess I missed something also. Sorry to hear Lance leave. I know I wouldn't want his job as moderator. I always thought he was above & beyond what is going down at this time. You will be missed Lance.....

 

Dan is right, nothing has been said by us about Lance or his family. Lance chose to use his family as an example.

Folks, fact is that Lance has left this board and won't be returning at least not for quite some time. Let's get past this and not turn this thread into another one that gets out of had allright?

 

Everyone knows I have been on this message board for a long long time. I have seen alot of changes. I left for a month recently just to get the drama of this place out of my life. I really despise negative and really like my life to be as positive as possible. I ask for everyone to please think about what they type and post here. Also, most of this stuff does not need replying to and in the end does not do anything but cause more contraversy. Please focus on the cars more and the problems of the world less. I really do care about everyone here but in life all is not fair. I am all for compassion, but some people just dont play well with others. None of us can fix that, it is a social problem that has been around as long as man.
And as always,, I can agree to disagree with anyone anytime, yet still be friends.

Good idea, Dan. If anyone needs anything regarding me being State Rep coordinator-E-mail me cause I won't be here. I am signing off of here for
a couple of weeks. I enjoy lots of the posts here. I get help, I give it where I can. But I don't like the soap operas and politics. See you guys in a couple of weeks. I'm putting it on my calendar-See you after June 7th. I'm sure that I will have lots to catch up on.
