Thanks T.L., That means I might have to have those mustang springs. Or maybe a 225/45/17 tire. I really don't want to ride on that small tire. You can have a 4 inch backspace but no more than 4.25. I have 4.50 backspace & I have to use a spacer. That was a headache because I have to have longer wheel studs.

just measure mine. 25.25 on the drivers side 26.25 on the passenger side. 6cly springs, battery in trunk(passengerside) and small bumper on front, 215/60r15 tires that measure 24.25 tall with tape measure. Going by the tire calculator the tires are 25.2 but mine are half worn out. I used a torch to cut them in the car while there was a spring compressor on them. Right after cutting I cooled them down with water. I havent driven it yet to see if there is any rubbing. I need to get the passenger side down some how.

TL how did you cut your springs? it weird that your car is lower with the bigger tires.

What's up rx7351w, thanks for the info. Maybe if you put new shocks on it might help. I had that happen on my truck after about 7 or 8 years. I replaced the shock & solved that problem. Unless you lowered it uneven.
