I was at Sonic here in Suwanee on Lawrenceville-Suwanee road eating Friday night, about 9:30 or so. A primer red small bumper Maverick drove by down Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd. and turned into the Wal-Mart parking lot. The car appeared to have the slot style wheels on it. The exaust was kind of loud, obviously was a 6 cylinder car. Awhile later, it drove back by and got gas at the Race Track gas station, then took off down Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd. heading towards Satellite Blvd. I tried to chase it down, but lost track of it. The car looked familiar, not sure if I saw it on here or somewhere else...
..."sitting in Wal-mart parking lot...stopped getting gas"... and you couldn't chase it down ...time for that ...v8 swap... ... ...
The ... Pertronix ... died in my .... "car".... The Maverick left about a minute .... before .... I got my car going .... again .... I took off down the ... road .... the same direction it went, but I .... guess .... it turned off .... somewhere.... The V8 in my car does just fine and I weigh 185 pounds .... ..... ..... ,,, ........
