Too pricey for me, but they are supposed to handle great! It would be another expensive part to replace, too, if a bag got holed.
Not in a Maverick. But we put them in my fathers pick up. They do work really well. The nicer, which means more expensive ones are very adjustable. The truck handled like it was on rails. Glenn
Hmmm.. Maybe it's an add on once the R&C kit is done.. If so, then I can see if I like the way it feels before going that direction..
That is what I would do. Stay with the stock R&C kit for now. See how you like it. Then if needed you can upgrade. This will also help spread the co$t out a little.
We have used there complete suspensions on a couple cars where I work, and we have work on a few with there stuff already on them..... Overall there stuff works well.....
Ask them if it's a straight swap. I know with the C-4 front clip I put in my '47 Ford, the upper coilover bracket had to be welded on in a different position (for clearance, as the Shockwave has a larger OD). The RCM kit prolly just has different upper brackets, if anything...
