    I was just wondering. You have been burning a lot of rubber lately. Does the trunk shock give you better down force to the tires?:huh:

    Thank you Frank.

    I got the lower bracket made and installed, put the shock on to see where it would fit againt the trunk and the weld on the shaft broke off. There was almost no penetration. I took it back and they will have another one on Tuesday.

    yes. I am re-examining the connection problem and will have some kind of "bearing" in the hole. Mounting it solid did not work at all. a 3/8 brass faring from a coupleing is about the proper diameter and will allow the shock to pivot

    that should do it...i used a...lock nut...and left it so it could rotate.
