....trunk lid springs ...

    what are the diff. in these if any?
    my Grabber spring , to hold the lid up was adjusted so strong that it cocked the lid up on one side (pass) when closed.
    i think the 4 dr. has two springs (rods) and that lid is smaller than the 2 dr. plus no spoiler...:hmmm:
    my fix for that was...a shock...:shocked:...Thanks Jeff...:Handshake

    Hmmmm ! my Grabber trunk dose the same thing, I thought my trunk lid was twisted... So did you remove the factory spring and install the lift shocks instead ?

    Ok the bottom bracket looks like a piece of flat metal. How did you mount the top bracket?

    the shock has a mounting bracket on the top end...(y)
    the bottom has the 90 degree bracket on it...(y)
