I just ordered a windshield gasket from auto Krafters, as of this morning they have 29 gaskets left... Also bought a trunk weatherstrip, they have 3 left.... Get them while they last :)

Auto Krafters is not the only fish in the sea to buy a Maverick windshield gasket. Melvin's Classic Ford Parts sells them too along with other Maverick parts.

I bought mine from Chuck at Maverick Connection. Or was that the backglass gasket? Now that I think about it, I'm not sure which came from Maverick Connection and which I got from Autokrafters. Both have eBay stores, and I do remember I bought both of them off their eBay stores, and I do remember one was made in Thailand........

I'm not ready for the glass gaskets yet but I'm thinking about buying now so I have them when the time comes. Can these be stored for any length of time without damage

    Upgrading the Maverick suspension

Question: Although this "77" Maverick I recenlty obtained drives and runs straight, the suspension is somewhat........well......"roady". I mean I can feel every little bump in the road, and being here in Ohio...we have our share of bumps. The maintenance history on the vehicle shows a recenlty new set of front shocks, but it still rides rough. Any suggestions on an improved suspension ride without putting in an entire updated system....you know just to get me through this summer/fall season before she goes in for the winter and who knows what will happen then....:biglaugh:Thanks.
