73 Rear Bumper Swap

For those of you who have converted from a 73 rear bumper to an earlier rear bumper (70-72) how did you patch all this up?

 

Mig welder...then bondo

 

X2! Don't forget the little fillers that go below the end caps.

 

What do those filler pieces look like and how do they attach?

 

They bolt on, one hole lines up under the extension.

All you needs is the smaller pieces, and 70-72 bumper brackets, the bumper itself is the same.

 

Any pics of the finished version? How should it look when I'm done?
