For those of you cumming to the meet, does anyone have a spare charcoal canister strap. not the mounting bracket, just the strap that goes from one side to the other?

71nogo; I have the whole charcole cannister, strap and mounting bracket sitting in my garage, took it off my car afew months ago...

74grabber; I know of three salvage yards with mavericks, 1. desert valley in casa grande, 2. hidden valley west of maricopa, 3. franks auto & truck salvage in apache junction (I haven't been there for years but they may still have them). hidden valley is the most expensive, desert valley is ok, franks had the best prices but there located way out there.

Adam I'm pretty sure I got an orange lense up in the attic, I'll try to check what side I got tomorrow.

as were reaching meet time i have realized that theres no way the car will be ready this saturday. all thought it fires up and idles its just not ready. it still needs exhaust, interior, finish wrapping up the wiring, install 9" third member, hydraulic clutch, electric fan, and tons of other little things. it doesnt seem like much but i also have school, track practice, and work to go to. i would love to bring the car but i guess pics will just have to do. well looking forward to seeing everyones cars and meeting everyone.

Sure, I had the electrical gremlins...that was on Saturday. Had the fuel gremlins, that was late Saturday and most of the day Sunday. It starts...doesn't run consistantly, but I've still got 5 days to correct that. My biggest concern is that I tried putting my hood on and there is not enough clearance between it and my charge pipe. So if it rains, I am screwed! I will probably be there without the hood and it's probably going to be on a trailer unless I kill all these gremlins...hey wait, doesn't water kill them? Oh no, it just makes them angry...

Tony water multiplies gremlins. feeding them after midnight makes them angry, both are bad. So I will make sure it dosnt rain for you.

Adam I have the front Orange reflector for ya. Do you need it before the meet or want to get it there?

I think tony let some of the gremlins loose and they made it over to my place................. Or did I bring them into town when i brought my car home? What was that one movie where they were tracking down the monkey for the cure to the virus? Need to find the monkey LOL

Ryan if you wouldnt mind just bring to the meet with you I grab it from you then. Thanks :)
