I just saw this on AutoTrader Classics, I didn't realize what was wrong at first but check it out for yourself.
Wrong bumper It raises the question .. "why" ...There are enough correct bumpers out there. Cometized
Looks like a truck with a body lift. When I did my conversion I just cut the qtr extensions off and mounted the bumper correctly.
If you just bought the car and it had new paint .This would be the cheapest way to get a small bumper without trying to match paint .think about it for a minute ,, I know it is not the right way but they kinda got the look they was going for
Ya but they are selling this car, a little more work to do it right would go a long way. they already have a good bumper, the corner pieces and bumper fillers cant be that hard to get. and it has a 73 front bumper. Really its not a bad car for the $4000 asking price. Bucket seats, floor shift, v8, black interior. http://www.autotraderclassics.com/c...html:uShipController.init&conversationId=3334
Oh I completely agree but they are probably flipping the car and bet they thought it would sell better with smaller bumpers ,,and the flip rule is the most amount of money for the lease amount of investment . just a guess
