Grabber trunk holes?

I recently picked up a mint Grabber spoiler set. Thanks "289 4spd"! My question is on the holes in the trunk. What size are the factory holes? Where are they drilled? Meaning, on the edge? Right on the edge? Towards the back a bit? Whoe has really nice clear pics I can look at?

1 inch holes drilled on the edge of the deck is correct. I used a 1 inch hole saw on my non-Grabber 69.5 deck lid. You also have to cut some access holes on the inside framework so you can get to the hardware to tighten a few of them up. You'll see where I mean once you get your 4 holes drilled.

 

Thanks to all for the pics and info. It will all come in handy tomorrow when I drill the holes.

There's nothing like drilling a big hole in a nice trunk lid

 

With all that I cut off of my car, 4 little holes were the least of all of the scary projects

 

If you've never used a step drill, give it a try. It sure makes easy work on larger holes.
