I think I've found a good 4 door parts car. but before I go ahead with it, I would like to know which body parts from a 4 door would fit a 2 door car.

    Car I'm talking about : http://cnj.craigslist.org/cto/1585636018.html

I'm not a big 4 door fan but that car looks to nice to part out. To answer your question, front sheet metal and you'd get everything to go to small bumpers. The trunk lid may interchange but I don't know that for sure.

That plus a set of tail lights. Inside, front seat and dash is about it. Front and rear suspension also. Door handles will swap, as will all the outside lights. Of course the power train, too. That looks like a nice 4 door, but as always check for rust in the normal places.

Back outside door handles are different and unique to the 4-door.

I guess they would be unique since a 2 door has no back doors.:rofl2:

Sorry I know you meant they wont fit the front doors.(y)

Thats a pretty solid looking car to part out. Guess you'd have to inspect it.

I need to go check this car out. Just got an email from the person and they said that the driver's side floors have rust on em but either than that he can't really find any other problem areas.

And thanks for the info guys. Cheers!
