Got my Marti-Report on my white Stallion

Yes, you're right. Not to mention this one came with a factory 8 track tape player too, and it still works great!
If I had gotten the Elite report I think it would have narrowed it all the way down figuring in the power steering, 8 track, buckets, and standard floor shift.

 

It is nice but some how I ended up with an out of state car that has rust issues!

 

That sucks because whether it came from Georgia or California, both of those states are usually known for having fairly rust-free cars!

 

Hate to burst your bubble Ray, but the 284 does not mean white Stallions. It is paint/trim code....which means:

Your outside color: 9D
Your trim code: LA (interior)

That still does not tell you how many WHITE Stallions there were. I wonder if Kevin Marti could find out?

The 9D on the report refers to the white so it would tell us how many where white, since there was only 1 shade ( paint code 9D ) of white used.

 

True but who knows how many other states it's been to. I need to buck up and get the Marti report, at least then I would know where it was delivered but I figure that can wait til later.

 

What's the DSO on your car? That should give you some indication of where it was originally.

 

The first line says 6104 with this PAINT code.....so that would include all Mavericks painted white (even all over white). Only 5527 Stallions of all color combos, including white.

 

Yes meaning that there were 284 white stallions with low back bucket seats. But probably 800 or so more with bench seat or what other options you could get.

Nope.....it means 284 white Mavericks with bucket seats....but not all of them were Stallions.

 

Was 9D the only white? Or was it just available on Stallions?..?...??.....(No, it was the only white, I answered my own question)

 

Correct, so I doubt that more than 10% of the white Mavericks were Stallions and if that were to be true then there might have been 28 white Stallions with bucket seats.
