First annual Maverick / Comet ball joint change

I think Larry (the other old man Winter) is planning something. Dash plates,..................... hmmmmmmmm, could be made out of those little spare donut tires.

 

O.k. i talked to Larry tonight and he wants to do one more Yonge St. cruise with Brain and myself. Now that my upper ball joints have been replaced i can do some cruising , sorta a end of the season Yonge St. final cruise part two. If the weather holds out and for those interested and have not parked their Maverick or Comet, all are welcome to come along. We will do this in the morning, first have breakfast and then cruise Yonge St. It should be fun and a last trip before the snow flys. I will post more info when i get it.

And Larry what time do we meet at the breakfast, eh boo-day? I need to know the time so i can take my heart pills, just before i eat my usual 7 to 10 burgers. bouncy:

Are we still on for one last Yonge St. run part 2................. or did we wait too long.

 

Ahhh Bucky's last trip, for me that was. Cold beer, warm nights, HOT "dash plaques" and Johnny Lightnings. Good times. I still can't believe how nostalgic that trip was by driving my Comet on top of the mountain that night. It had been almost 20 yrs on that stretch of road for going to the falls. Now I turn at Copetown and do the backroad sightseeing tour to get to Niagara.

 

I'm just glad that you came on out with Bucky before she moved to a new home.

Hey just kidding, that Maverick is Mavmenace's car. He was at the ball joint change (on the left) but not his car. He was not at the Hooter's cruise night. He and his Maverick were at the Second Annual Yonge St. cruise but i was not (i'm still bitter about that) and none of us were at the Kennady assassination. Does this clear things up.

 

Im just glad to see it's still running around. last time i seen or heard anything about it, Brian was rebuilding the rear end in it. im always excited to see my children growing up... lol (talking about the car that is)
