does it do it when you drive or when you parked? squeeking can be from a belt. I don't know what you mean with a flat time sound.

as soon as i pull off from parked position the sound of flat tyre or something stuck to the tyre starts making a very loud noise like when u have a blowout, then this loud sqeeking noise from the whole car becomes very noisy like a whineing noise and when u slow down to brake it makes a clonking noise

Get under the car and compare the 2 sides. Something sounds like has come loose.

Sounds like upper a-arm bushings making noise. Very common problem on a Maverick.

normally i agree with craig but your second description sounds more like U joints or a front wheel bearing. what part of the car does it sound like it is coming from? if it is one of the front tires then it is probably that hub bearing. if it sounds like directly under the seats area then it is the u joints....

Sounds like you have a brake shoe flopping around in a drum.

the loud noise like the flat tyre seems to be coming from the passenger side,i would say the whineing noise is coming from the front of the car and its seems to stop onall the time and its getting really embarrassing driving it,the steering seems a bit light now aswell

if you go bounce that fender up and down and do not hear the squeak then jack it up and spin the tire to see if you hear it. if you do check the brakes and the bearing before driving anymore...
