Just wondering if anyone is going to the James Dean car show in Fairmount IN, or to the Duck Tail show In Gas City this weekend, and if so, are you bringing your Maverick/Comet?

    I will be there.....without a Maverick.

Huge shows. Close to 3000 cars between the two shows. towns are about 7 miles apart from each other.

I am trying to round up a trailer to get my crew cab project over to the swap meet, but I'm not having any luck. I need to sell that thing this weekend so I can get back into a Maverick!

This will be my first year (other than the year I was sick) without a car in the show... kinda sucks...

I was there.....in the car corral next to my wagon I have for sale. Yes....a mud pit after the ALL DAY rain on Friday. Saturday and Sunday was nice. I will be at a show next Saturday in Portland, Indiana. Not too many car shows left. :(

I was there... checked out Craig's wagon- wild ride indeed. Both shows, not a single Maverick or Comet. I was muddy from the waist down after going through the swap meet in Gas City saturday morning. I wasn't too impressed with the Fairmount show (again) and their swap meet was pretty weak. If Fairmount don't get their act together, I see their show fading away in a few years.

I might check out Portland if I have the time this weekend. It depends on if we get to buy the new house we're trying to get (cross your fingers- it has a garage!)
