green tinted glass

Green tinted glass on a yellow Maverick.

    I have a full set of green tinted glass out of a comet. I'm thinking about using it on my yellow Maverick build. Just don't know if it would look right or not.

    Cant really tell its got a green tint to it once its on the car.

    I voted no... unless the car is going to have some green/yellow 'theme'? But I prefer clear glass anyway... :rolleyes:

    I'd say no unless it's got a John Deere motor. :p

    I've never been a fan of green and yellow being together, now a darker tint would look cool if you ask me but idk.

    What he said. Had 2 sets for mine.Clear and tint. Cant see the tint when installed.

    I voted no also just dont think the green tint would look could on a yellow maverick on a green comet it would look sweet.

    I think he is talking about factory tint. If you take a piece of factory tinted glass and hold it so the sun shines through to the ground, you will see it has a green tint to it. All Mavericks and Comets with factor tinted glass, regardless of color, has this green tinted glass.

    x2. Actually,about all older (say early '80s-back) vehicles w/ factory tint had a green cast to it...'specially when it rained.
