    Pics as requested

Here are a few pics of the Fairlane. This was my first car that my Dad and I built when I was 15. I've owned it for close to 25 years so it has quite a bit of sentimental value to me. I'll post some pics of the Falcon later tonight.

Welcome to the board. I've also got a 64 Fairlane. Not in as nice shape as yours and JMGFord on here has a really nice Fairlane. He's also the Vice-president of the Maverick Comet Group and active in the FCA.:Welcome:

Thanks for all of the compliments guys. The Fairlane is my pride and joy. Hopefully I can make the new Maverick as nice some day, but it's all about having fun with it this summer. I don't have any plans to tear into it until next winter. Just a spit shine and enjoy for now!

I forgot to post the Falcon pictures, but I will get a few up this weekend.

Welcome! I had a 67 comet sports coupe in high school and have always liked 2 door post body styles in 66 and 67, your fairlane is what I wanted my comet to look like but it never got there, hit a mailbox, took out the windshield and "a" pillar, traded it for a 53 ford f100 6 cyl. !
