LOL! We have only a couple of choices here. Sonic (bland), Carls (discusting), McD (fast that tastes fast). All else is 20 miles.

I have talked and worked with Auto Krafters extensively over the last 20 years. I can only echo what others have said on here as far as I have never had a problem. Keep in mind....when you called and talked to somebody.....you were not talking to "Auto Krafters".....you were talking to somebody who works for Auto Krafters. That doesn't mean the person you talked to was an expert salesperson or knew anything about public relations. Sometimes people have a bad day, etc. I am sure, just like any business, they are struggling with the current state of the economy as well, and since I work for a printing company....I can tell you that those catalogs are not cheap.

I would encourage you to give them another chance. (y)

Curious......since I sell advertising.....what kind of business do you have where you spend $3000 a month on advertising?

A collection agency, the advertising is used for getting clients. If you consider printing costs, mailing, postage costs, website promotions, seo costs, it all adds up.

HA HA wait till you try and install it. Ask Craig for help he saved my butt. I was Pretty unhappy with the fit.
The lower door strip is too long. Attach both ends first and then cut the extra out of the middle under the door. I installed a piece of tube in the strip where we cut it to join the ends together.
    Maybe yours will fit.:rofl2:

I own a restoration business in VA and been dealing with autokrafters for years and they do have some of the rudest people working there with poor return policies. And there GOLD CLUB membership with free shipping they add a 9.95 handling charge to all purchases so really no free shipping.....

Some businesses don't seem to understand or care about customer service. e stopped at Denny's in New Mexico on the way home from the Gathering last year. Good place to stop cause the girls like it. We emailed Denny's about a problem we had there. Got a confirmation they got the complaint and never answered us about it. Not saying we'll never go back but we haven't been in a Denny's since last July.:)

I buy their catalog and use the numbers to buy my parts from Melvin's Classic Ford Parts, about 25 minutes from my house. Melvin's doesn't put together a Maverick catalog, but they can get nearly everything AutoKrafters offers. There are a few pieces that are proprietary for AutoKrafters, but everything else can be bought from Melvin's.

Same with NPD, other than the weather stripping, alot of Mustang stuff is the same.

They keep Melvin in the back room. His wife, son, and daughter-in-law are the front people. However, Melvin knows the Ford part numbers. But, you gotta deal with the family.
