ok, in about a month im going to have my junkyard 5.0 and c4 ready to stab in my mav, anyway im in the proccess of moving a little closer to Lake Charles so i dont have time to put 'er together right now. SO i have devised a plan, i have been talkin to Scooper about anyone willing to drive to muh house, getting together and hanging out, droppin my 5.0 in the mav, ill provide bbq and beer!! and when its done we can go drive the DOGPISS out of it!!!!! meanwhile im getting everthing else ready so she'll be legal again!!!! gimmie a call if possible 337-842-2112!! im available...................ANYTIME!!! bananaman

I got ex-girlfriends there, and the wife knows it!

 

My wife is saying "NO!" but I told her it didn't have to be an US thing...

So if we don't plan anything for that weekend, I will try my best to show up and help out.

Need me to bring any tools? Air compressor and impact, anything like that?

scooper, i actually dont have a compressor at my house as of right now, so that may be a good idea, i have plenty of air tools at work i can bring home to use though. ok, and again, bring ur wife if she wants to come!!

Hmmm. I just calculated 170 miles from my place. That is what...2-1/2 to 3 hours drive? If we do it, we may grab a hotel room for a night or two. So if you are out and around, try to find someplace nice and give us the name so we don't make reservations for a dive...We are fine with Holiday Inn Express, Comfort, that kind of place.

I think we stayed there on the way to Florida last summer when we were picking up our boat. Isn't there a string of 2 or 3 hotels just south of the freeway right off the off-ramp?

 

Just stay at one of the Casino's and try your luck while your there.

 

I don't have that kind of luck. Or the money. We are just showing up to get our hands dirty and have a beer or six...
