    hmm.

24/7 mentally....but as often as possible, there aren't enough hours in the day it seems.

I have a 1976 Maverick Stallion, and 85 More Mavericks and Comets in Inventory.
I go in spurts,,, work for months at the parts for Mavericks,, and engineering buildings and the job-sites,, other customer cars,, I try and make some time to Jump on my stuff and stick with it,, for a week or two straight,, When I am done gathering all the things I need for my Stallion,, I plan on turning off my cell phone,, and living in my garage for about a month,, I have done a few complete restorations in less time in the past,,, so I think I will get pretty far on her,, I usually will go almost 18 to 20 hours a day,, shower and do it again,,,

Well that is the Plan any how,, see if Life allows it to hapen this spring,,Lol

I'm at the mercy of the weather. My carport is not enclosed, so I can work when it's raining if the temps are right, but lately they have been too cold to even think about doing anything outside unless it was a have to. But spring is coming, and I will once again get to spend some time with my car.

My garage is unheated right now so I am limited to the time of year I can be working out there in NE PA. It seems that March to October are pretty much a sure thing and I get about 12 hours in on the weekends and a few hours during the week, after work. My last full day on it was Dec 28 with 54 degrees and both garage doors open. Better days are coming.

Lately I've had no time to work on my car, hopefully I'll get my office renovations done soon, that'll free up some time and space.

ok,how about gravel driveway & no carport/garage? Right now my daughter's at the Inauguration, so the car is actually home. She's been on the road about 2 weeks, and I've hardly seen the car or her.:drive: It's been 8-10 hrs a week working on it right now. This week will be more, though

This-s-s weekend about fuh fuh fuh four hours-s-s-s-s t-t-t-trying to tuh tuh tuh tune it and add-dd-dd-just the brakes-s-s-s.

Freakin drum brakes go all squaw-squaw-squaw-squirrely on ice. How come they only go out of adjustment in bad weather? :slap:

Open carport, ice cold fog rolling up the driveway, vinyl gloves so the wrenches don't freeze my hands, trying to set the points and timing on a little six that won't heat up unless I wrap a blanket around the engine (that cardboard box in front of the rad does help though).

This was much more fun during the summer. At least the car sailed through "aircare" so I don't feel guilty about my carbon footprint.

I spent tons of hours on my car in late 07 early 08. She's been dusty and lonely since march, but we're starting on the motor next week if all goes well. Hopefully I'll be riding by late summer.
