    I found a 96 302 roller with a f303 512 512 cam,and ho closed chamber heads. says he rebuilt it 8 months ago. $300.00
It also has been changed over to a carb. and has all the serpentine stuff on it including alt.,ps pump, ac comp. and a new starter.

So here are a few questions...

    1) Will my top loader 3+1 bolt on a newer 302?
    2) Is there a spot on the motor for the zbar ball?
    3) Dose this sound like a good deal even if it ends up needing a rebuild?

    I thought 95 was last 5.0 ...

I have a 95 5.0 in my Grabber with a Toploader ... bolts right up ... there is no place on the block to mount the z-bar ball but there is a bracket available from most Mustang places that will let you mount it. That is what i am using ..

I forgot to post that I thought the same he could be wrong about the year.
Or it just has roller heads on it. it was pulled from his 89 stang to make room for a 383 stroker chevy with a turbo 400 (puke)

    1. Yea it'll bolt up. 2. No, you'll need an adapter bracket, the classic Stang vendors sell these. 3. Very good deal, I'd jump on that. The last year for 5.0 production was 2001 in the Explorer/Mountaineer. Last year in the pickups and vans was 1997. Last year in the Stangs was 1995.
