I hate to butt in ,but I don't see M.A.V.post very often and when you talk about RIGHT tire size and stance, man your Mav.has really got it right.

He had 255/60 on the back and 215/65 on the front. I want to know where he got the grill from.

Mike's car is definitely dead on with the stance, and it looks (and sounds) great going down the road. It's a wonder he dosen't post much, in real life he will talk your ear off! :) Super nice guy.

Sorry I couldn't make it Saturday guys. Would have enjoyed the show and faces as well. I did make it Friday and saw some strange prices, such as a busted Granada console for $250 and a $10,500 orange Maverick. The yellow one would I would have bought it for $300, but not any more, the spoilers were worth $200 by the rate the go for on eBay at $250 and more. The rusty Grabber hood would have easily brought $75. Various other little parts would have sold as well, plus I always figure the crush weight at current prices here of $4.50/100 lbs. Thus easily worth $300. Saw zero four speeds and only one 3 speed overdrive with shifter $150, but condition was unknown and he did not want to bargain. No sport steering wheels either. The blue Maverick must have showed up on Friday or later for it was not there on Thursday.

See you guys at Silver Springs!

So THAT's what they were asking for that Orange Maverick. No wonder they didn't have it on the car itself anywhere, most people would have just laughed and walked off... no way in hell that car would bring that much. And I question what the deal was with the '70 VIN yet it did not have a drop in gas tank, and other various details were not '70.

I never saw the blue Maverick either.

That blue one looks just like a Maverick that was on the board a few years ago...
IIRC, the car was a GA car, and was orange/primer.
If the car I am thinking of was painted Grabber blue, it would look exactly like that one in the pic.

Probably not the same car, but all the 'stuff' is same between them.

I wish I could have gone.

    Who's going in March?

The next one is February 7-9. I plan to go, but it depends on the temperature. That place gets windy that time of year. Combine high 40 degree temps with 20 mph winds and you'll freeze your lock washers off.
