    its off a pinto, but basically the same thing as the one newtoford used for his 2bbl swap...

    dont know why they turned out blurry..
    just need a rebuild kit, the adapter, and maybe a manual choke and this baby is going on!!!:cool:

    I would love to get a little more power out of my stock 250. It will burn out with one tire, but I hafta gun it just right.

    I don't want to sink $10000000 dollars into it either though.

    I'm tempted to do the 2bbl conversion and header, but I hate to lose the stock look.

    if you found a pinto aircleaner like the one i got you could always just get the 250 1v sticker and put it on it.. no one would know the difference..:rolleyes:

    IDK mine didnt have a wire. then again i didnt hook up my choke so im not sure what it does.

    I have a 77 with this conversion. It runs and idles great - much better than the old 1 bbl did.

    Lol. It will be a sleeper when I get this 250 to blow up and put a 408 in it, but the 250 will not die.

    try draining out the oil and/or coolent ;)
