I have a 1976 Maverick Stallion, and 85 More Mavericks and Comets in Inventory.
The first parts have been checked and fit like a glove,,, all of the tweeking is done to the tooling on the first parts. They look and fit great.

So around 9-26-07 the first Maverick/Comet parts will be off to powder paint,, These parts are as follows:

    (1) 1969 to 1973 under battery bracket.

    (2) 1974 to 1977 under battery bracket.

    (3) 1975 to 1977 RT outer frame rail cover. (Direct fit).

we would like an Idea of how many will be needed on the first run. we are going to produce the parts in amounts of 30, if we get an order for more then this, we will run till the order is filled rounding off to the nearest 10.
we will then tool up for a diferant part,,, revisiting a production part may take a while,, So please let us know so we can get every one who needs them taken care of,,

    Thank you.

    Joe

The inner frame rail is a box,,,, the outer is just a cover,, if you look at your frame rail from standing near the tire of you car,,, that is the outer rail cover,, the inner Box rail will be out soon. the frame parts are an exact reproduction,, just a better grade of steel,

the bracket is not attached at this time,, it is just the bracket but 2 diferant types. I will have the prices once powder coating is done,, and it also depends on the order size,,

If you unbolt your front bumper, it's the part of the rail the threaded holes are in.

Are the parts going to be Powder Coated? or just primed? Powder coating may be overkill, and be hard to refinish properly.
