    No it does not run, it's engine is disassembled...

    just go down to dmv and get a historical title and then present that to the city see what that say then. because it has historical value thay can't touch it and if thay do they will have to buy it from you first. had to do that here in the ussr of californa

    I know Virginia is famous for enforcing those HOA rules and regulations.

    I swore to myself and my wife that I would never live in an area that had those kind of rules and regs. I made sure that our house was not in any area with a covenant.

    If you would be willing to remove it and ship it to Maryland I would give you $25 plus whatever the actual shipping cost would be for the grill off of that car
