How are electric fans usually mounted in cars that did not originally have them? If someone wanted to install a pusher fan while keeping the mechanical fan, what would be a good way to mount it?...
I'd probably make straps to attach to the radiator support, either above and below or on each side. If you need an offset, it's easily done by clamping your strap in a bench vice and tapping with a hammer. Use a bench grinder to round off the ends enough to give it a finished look. Aluminum works, so does steel, though the steel needs painted.
