    I wasnt there. Car has been off the road since Novemeber when I forgot to renew My Haggerty insurance and since I didnt renew on time they dropped me and wouldnt let me sign up again because I had previous claims. So i havent been much into the car since then. Been having fun on the weekends with my new obsession, poker tournaments. It's surprisingly cheaper then playing with cars. :rofl2:

    I went but did just one burnout, had some nasty wheel hop that shook my exhaust apart. Parked it and fixed but mostly watched the other shenanigans. That's such a good time.

    Well, believe it or not...the Maverick starts! So the bulk of my wiring must have been correct. Now the tuning begins. I won't lie, it was great to hear it start after all this time.

    Im going to charge my battery and start my Maverick this weekend so I can clean up the garage. its going to be EPIC. I dont think its ran since november.

    Hey guys...I just found out that at 8am on the 4th Saturday of each month there is a cruise-in at the Safeway on Estella Blvd in Goodyear. That's really close to me so I'm planning to check it out and take the Mav there this Saturday. Anyone in the area like to come out?

    I dont think Ill have time to charge the battery and check the oil before 8am saturday. Plus I need to get a new radiator cap for it because I stole the one off it for the Mustang a couple days ago. Looks like im down for a couple more months.

    So I should have known that if I mentioned anything on here about getting cars out that there would be the chance of rain. Go figure. I'm blaming Ryan just because...:rolleyes:

    One or two steps closer. I finally got my truck and Maverick insured again so Im now legal to drive them. Last week I got the trucks side of the garage cleared up. Charged the battery and even drove it to work once. Now I need to wake up the Maverick and get some driving done before it gets too hot.

    I finally have some money to get my Maverick painted and am looking for estimates. Anyone know someone that does paint and body, including rust repair, that they can recommend?
