    i have long tube hookers and both drop out the bottom, with the car on the ground, plugs out,starter off, have patience friend (y)

    I have headman headers on my car and the headers have to be unbolted and just pushed aside the hair that they move then lift the engine then you can pull the headers right up through the engine bay if you wanted otherwise they have to come out of the bottom
    this is the easiest way for me to pull my motor anyway
    I hear different brand headers have there own way of coming out or going in

    all the above is why I have...stock manifolds...on my engine. even the 6 to 1 header I had on the 250 was a pain...:smash:

    totally agree

    I can see that as being the answer, they are unbolted and the motor will easily lift out I can see that, I guess going back in just has to be in reverse.
